The hotel is conveniently located near KingsCross station, making it easy to explore the city. The bustling street nearby is packed with charming cafes, providing a great atmosphere for a morning coffee. Plus, it's just a short walk down the hill to reach the iconic landmarks of Sydney, such as the Bridge and Opera House. The spacious and comfortable rooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Guests can enjoy a variety of options at the satisfying breakfast buffet.
The elevator was always out of order, causing major inconvenience for guests.

Convenient location, just steps from Kings Cross train station. Room had two double beds, good for families. Breakfast options were reasonably priced. Easy walk to Kings Cross Centre mall for shopping and essentials. Amazing views of Sydney and the harbour bridge.

Staying here was fantastic as it was so convenient, being located right next to the station. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the reception desk to housekeeping, offering excellent service throughout my stay. The amenities in the room were also great, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee making equipment. Additionally, the dining restaurant and bar area were a perfect way to unwind after a day out.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting for business or leisure as the overall experience was superb.

The hotel's location next to the train station makes it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. the hotel is surrounded by an array of fabulous restaurants and bars, perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife of the area.

Recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Potts Point and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with the train station right next door, making it easy to explore all areas of Sydney. The staff were really nice too ensure my satisfaction throughout my stay. When I requested a room change, Brendan, the front desk manager, was professional and helpful, accommodating my request and even upgrading me to a room with fine views of the bridge and Opera House. The breakfast was also great, offering a delicious variety of options. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
